Cert III, IV in Disability Support Placement Coordination
Next Gem’s Disability Support Placement Coordination Program is designed to support education providers in organising, managing, and supervising mandatory placements for students enrolled in:
- Certificate III in Individual Support – Disability
- Certificate IV in Disability Support
We manage the entire coordination process—from sourcing host organisations and scheduling placements to supporting students throughout the placement and completing all required documentation.
All activities comply with the NDIS Practice Standards and follow each education provider’s training requirements and internal procedures.

Placement Requirements

We deliver periodic reports to the school/RTO on students’ progress throughout their placement. - Completion & Documentation Finalisation
We collect and standardise all required documents, including placement logs, assessments, supervision reports, and accreditation-related paperwork.
