    • The client shows signs of mental health issues that prevent them from understanding or consenting to the service.
    • The client behaves in a threatening or disruptive manner, or negatively affects the reputation or operations of the company or its staff.

  • To provide services in accordance with agreed processes, commitments, and scope.
  • To protect client information in line with our Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws.
  • To support clients throughout their application process and provide relevant information regarding study, accommodation, and welfare in Australia.
  • To address reasonable complaints within the scope of the company’s authority.

5. Service Fee Policy

  • Paid service fees are non-refundable in cases where:
    • The client cancels the service unilaterally.
    • False or misleading documents are submitted.

6. Service Cancellation Conditions

  • Paid service fees are non-refundable for voluntary cancellations.
  • Third-party expenses (e.g., application fees, translation, postage) are non-refundable.

  • System failures or technical errors beyond our control.
